Deadlines for Transfer Admission Applications
Applicants who have enrolled at another institution and are interested in enrolling at 西瓜视频 are welcome to submit an application to transfer.

Transfer Credits
Undergraduate Programs:
A maximum of 85 credits from accredited colleges may be transferred into 西瓜视频 College bachelor’s degree programs. Grades of “C” or better will be accepted, and no more than six credits may carry a “C-” grade. A minimum of 24 of the last 30 credits toward a degree must be earned at 西瓜视频.
西瓜视频 will grant credit for transfer courses with a grade of “Pass” unless there is some specific indication on the transcript that the “Pass” is minimal and equivalent to a grade of “D.”
Accepted transfer credits are counted as credits toward the degree but are not computed into the student’s grade-point average. Semester and cumulative grade-point averages reflect only courses taken at 西瓜视频.
This policy does not apply to students in the following majors: education and nursing. Please see the information for these programs provided below.

Education Programs
西瓜视频 College offers a number of programs in its School of Education. Each program has specific course and credit requirements for each year of study. Transfer students should review those requirements as noted in the School of Education section of the 西瓜视频 Catalog and present a course syllabus for any courses which may satisfy those requirements and a transcript from the previous program for evaluation by the school dean.
A maximum of 85 credits may be transferred to 西瓜视频. Twenty-four of the last 30 credits must be taken at 西瓜视频 to receive a degree. Students’ cumulative GPAs are determined only by courses taken at 西瓜视频.

Nursing Program
A student who seeks to transfer from another school into the 西瓜视频 School of Nursing must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Transfer credit for science courses is awarded only if the course was completed with a “C” or better within seven years of matriculation at 西瓜视频.
To request transfer credit for a nursing course taken at another institution, the applicant must present a course syllabus for each nursing course and a transcript from the previous program for evaluation by the Nursing Faculty Committee. The applicant may be required to take examination(s) to assess previous learning.
A maximum of 85 credits may be transferred to 西瓜视频. One hundred twenty-six to 128 credits are required to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Twenty-four of the last 30 credits must be taken at 西瓜视频 to receive a degree. Students’ cumulative GPAs are determined only by courses taken at 西瓜视频.

RN to BSN Nursing Program
For bachelor’s degree programs, a maximum of 85 transfer credits from other accredited colleges may be applied to the 西瓜视频 bachelor’s degree provided the courses fit the curriculum of the major and the degree. Grades of “C” or better may be accepted, and no more than six credits may carry a “C-“grade. Official transcripts of previous college work, mailed directly to 西瓜视频 from colleges or universities, must be received to transfer credit to 西瓜视频. Students must be matriculated before transfer credits can be added to the 西瓜视频 transcript.
To request transfer credit for a nursing course taken at another institution, the applicant must present a course syllabus for each nursing course and a transcript from the previous program for evaluation by the nursing faculty committee. The applicant may be required to take examination(s) to assess previous learning. RN students may be awarded toward the bachelor’s degree program, a maximum of 39 credits in transfer from their associate-level degree coursework. If accepted, these credits may fulfill the requirements of: Fundamentals of Nursing (NU 210), Care of Adults (NU 211), Psychosocial Nursing (NU 316), Care of Childbearing Families (NU 313), Care of Children (NU 314), and Acute Care Nursing (NU 410).

Advanced Placement (AP) Credits
西瓜视频 participates in the Advanced Placement Program of the College Board. Course exemption and/or credit will be awarded to students presenting scores of 3 or higher on AP examinations except for math and science exams, which require a minimum score of 4. Detailed information for classes can be found here and at endicott.edu/registrar. Students should request that their scores be sent to the Office of Admission directly from the College Board (Code 3369). Once the scores have been evaluated, students will be notified of any advanced standing awarded.

College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
Students may take advantage of the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and receive credit for certain courses. CLEP examinations cover material taught in courses that most students take as requirements in the first two years of college. 西瓜视频 will award the same amount of credit to students earning satisfactory scores on the CLEP examination to students successfully completing that course.

International Students
The College recognizes college credit transferred as:
International Baccalaureate: Credit will be granted on a per-course basis for final grades obtained at the Higher Level. Grades 4 to 7 will be considered for equivalent college course credit. Six credits may be granted per each completed course accepted by the College. Eight credits may be granted for courses including laboratory sections. A maximum of 32 credits may be awarded to students who have earned the IB diploma.
British “A” Levels: Credit will be granted (six) for each “A” Level course completed with a passing grade.
Other Baccalaureate: French baccalaureate course work may be submitted for college credit evaluation. This also applies to German Abitur, Swiss Maturita, and Italian Maturita.
Other Transfer Credit: Credit will be granted from international institutions of higher education recognized by the government of the country that sponsors the institution. As indicated above, educational documents in a foreign language are required to be translated into English. 西瓜视频 reserves the right to require that students have their credentials evaluated by an approved external agency.
All transfer applicants will be notified of the number of credit hours accepted.

Military Families
西瓜视频 accepts up to 85 transfer credits toward a bachelor’s degree. To request your official military transcript, please visit the Joint Services Transcript website: jst.doded.mil.
Active military, veterans, and personnel should follow the initial application steps found in “Admission Procedures and Timeline,” and then complete the following additional requirements unique to military students.
- Apply for Veterans Affairs (VA) Educational Benefits using the .
- The VA will provide you with a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Once you receive it, you must send it to the Office of the Registrar as an email attachment addressed to sabate@endicott.edu or by fax to 978-232-2255 with the title of “VA Educational Benefits.”
- Request Transcripts. To request your official military transcript, please visit the Joint Services Transcript website: jst.doded.mil.
Title 38 United States Code Section 3679 (e)

Graduate Programs:
A maximum of six credits obtained at another institution may be accepted toward a graduate degree program provided it either fulfills a degree requirement or is application as an elective course. The transfer courses that may be considered must carry graduate credit earned from a regionally accredited institution, carry grades of “B” or better, and not have been used to fulfill degree requirements at other institutions.-
Master of Science in Homeland Security StudiesAt the time of matriculation, students may request transfer of not more than six graduate credits that have been completed at regionally accredited institutions. The courses must be relevant to the program of study, must show a final grade of “B” or higher, and must not have been used to fulfill degree requirements at other institutions. Courses from the Naval Postgraduate School, The United States Army War College, and other Professional Military Education institutions are eligible for transfer on a case-by-case basis.

Master of Education ProgramsAt the time of matriculation, students may request transfer of not more than six graduate credits completed at other accredited institutions. Only courses relevant to the program of study in which a student has received a grade of “B” or better will be accepted. Courses completed more than five years prior to the student’s acceptance into their present program will not be considered for transfer credit.

Van Loan School Undergraduate鈥擜ssociateFor associate degree programs, a maximum of 32 transfer credits from other accredited colleges may be applied to an 西瓜视频 associate degree. Grades of “C” or better may be accepted, and no more than six credits may carry a “C-” grade.

Van Loan School Undergraduate鈥擝achelor鈥檚Provided they fit the curriculum of the major and degree, a maximum of 85 transfer credits may be applied to an 西瓜视频 bachelor’s degree program. Grades of “C” or better will be accepted and no more than six may carry a “C-” grade. To facilitate the official awarding of transfer credit on your 西瓜视频 transcript, official transcripts should be mailed to Van Loan. Students must be matriculated before transfer credits can be added to the 西瓜视频 transcript.
American Council on Education:
Transfer and Credit Equivalency: The American Council on Education (ACE) evaluates for college credit, education and training programs including those offered in the military, the workplace, apprenticeship, and training programs. A matriculated student in the adult bachelor program may submit an official ACE transcript to petition that the course equivalencies be considered as transfer credits.
A maximum of 85 credits, including any ACE credits that apply to the student’s program of study, may be counted toward completion of the bachelor’s degree at 西瓜视频. A maximum of 32 transfer credits may be counted toward completion of an associate degree at 西瓜视频.
Prior Learning Assessments:
西瓜视频 recognizes that not all education occurs in a classroom, and that adults may have acquired college-level knowledge through work and life experiences. 西瓜视频 offers Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) courses as noted below. Determination of credit is made by discipline experts. Credit is awarded for:
- College- or graduate-level learning
- Learning that has a balance between theory and practical application
- Material that is appropriate to academic context
